Just what is the difference between a presentation and a workshop. Workshops consist of presentations, but these are more interactive and in addition you will do a few things yourself. These are activities that include learning more about and experiencing how your brain works.

Can you still keep your head above water or is your bucket increasingly overflowing? Do you feel like you are always busy? Do you no longer sleep well and are you increasingly tired and sensitive to stimuli? Or do you want to prevent it from coming to that? Then these workshops are for your company or organisation!

Workshop Brain Fitness

In a half-day session of 4 hours (possibly at your own location), you will gain insight into how changes in society and technological developments, often unnoticeable, affect our mental and physical health and ultimately our happiness in life and work. You will be given concrete tools on how to deal with them better and increase your resilience. On the basis of recognisable examples and a unique Virtual Reality experience, you will learn more about how your brain works and how this is related to mental and physical health. We will tell you about neurochemistry (the biological processes in our brain) and you will be amazed at what affects it all. The cooperation between brain and body, thoughts and your biochemistry will also be discussed. During the workshop, it will become clear what the main causes of the many mental challenges are, but also what you can do to flourish (again) more in today's demanding times and how you can work on more resilience and flexibility, not only mentally, but also physically. The goal is to get closer to yourself and go through life as healthy and happy as possible. Common comments after the workshop are "wow, I never realised this like this", "what a huge eye-opener!", "more people should know this"....

Workshop Brain Fitness & Breathwork

At a beautiful remote location, in one day (9:30 - 16:30), you will get an insight into the extent to which our brains are overloaded in today's society and you will get tips and tools on what you can do about it. We will take you through the power of breathwork and bodywork and how that goes very closely with brain function. Based on recognisable examples (including a unique experience in VR), you will learn more about how our brain works and how that is related to health of body and mind. We'll tell you about neurochemistry (the biological processes in our brain) and you'll be amazed at what affects it all. The cooperation between brain and body will also be discussed. During the workshop you will experience how breathing can help you and how the combination with your brain is essential to (re)flourish more in today's demanding times. You will learn to build up more resilience and flexibility, get closer to yourself and thus go through life healthier and happier.
